Absolute legend's. Becs communication second to none. Sales Adam very informative and honest he offered multiple scenarios and outlined all the pros and cons. Installers Ty and young Fella both great down to earth guys sorted out the install no problems at all. Overall can not fault these guys and 100% recommend anyone considering using them.

Beck and I are on first name terms now ; - ) after iterating to a successful fix for our hot water service….. after going through all the usual suspects it turned out the mixing valve needed to be replaced. August was a diamond and had us working very quickly.

Thank you to Coffs Solahart for an excellent service. In January this year I changed electricity providers and found out that paperwork that should have been completed, wasn't. We had to have the system reassessed. Thats when we found out that the system had been installed by an amateur and the system had some major defects in the installation. Solahart staff have been excellent from Admin staff, sales and tradesman. They are prompt, polite, respectful, informative and just helful with all aspects including the after sales information for electricity providers. 10/10 Solahart.

Just excellent. Fast, efficient and friendly. Didn’t over sell, just fixed what I had as it had some years left. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and courteous and arrived when they said they would and did what they said they would. Highly recommend them and will certainly go back to them when this system needs replacing.

First time I called them at about lunchtime and they managed to send someone out by the end of the day. The second time I called them at 3:30pm and they still had someone there by 4:15. Although it was due to the same issue, it was covered by warranty, and Will the electrician who came out was wonderful. He also helped set up the app so I could see how much solar our panels are producing each day. Absolute legend!! Glad they are our hot water people!
