Mega Watt Power EST 1989

Recently had Mega Watt Power complete installation of a 32kW solar array with Sigen Gateway and 32kW battery on a 3phase system AC coupled to an existing 2019 7.5kw system. This is then, our second installation by the same company, where the second experience was a mirror of the first 7 years ago. The experience has been overwhelmingly positive because:- i) Megawatt didn't try to sell us something we weren't looking for, had an intimate knowledge of this type of installation, listened to what we wanted to do and adjusted to that. ii) When there were issues, they resolved these promptly and professionally. (My personal test of a companies character is what they do when issues arise that potentially negatively impact them). In the first installation, there was a fault with one of the Canadian panels. They attended promptly, identified that it was a fault not of our making, dealt with it under warranty without prompting from us. iii) On this installation, they moved quickly (under pressure to install batteries before the rebate is amended in a timeframe that spanned the holiday period). They accommodated our primary requirements with the installation and we similarly made concessions, to make the install easier for them. iv) Staff were professional at every stage of the process from sales, admin, hardware install, through to wiring and getting the system up (Management should know that unsolicited more than one member of Staff indicated they enjoyed and valued working for this company) * As a former middle manager I well understand the value of staff engagement and satisfaction in order to promote successful client interaction. I wish both the company and Staff well. It's early days on the second installation but it's exceeded expectations so far. If our past experience is a guide, we will remain supported after the last payment has been made.

Megawatt my review Had 2 solar installs, one in Coffs Harbour town with 14 panels and 1 Tesla battery. Second with 51 panels and 3 Tesla batteries on a small farm property. Time frame for Installations of the 2 systems, is now 4 months. Both installations are working brilliantly. Peter Nichols at the Mega shop in Central has been magic to deal with, as has Damien the install manager. From this personnel experience it's AAA Or 10 out of 10. Very happy camper Loza

Mega Watt Power sold me and installed a hybrid grid connected solar panel and battery system to replace an existing ageing grid connected (no battery) solar set up at my home in the bush near Bellingen. My wife and I could not be more happy. Our existing solar system (installed by a different company) had not been functioning for some time. Mega Watt was recommended to us as a company that could probably get us up and running again. Well they certainly did that and more. Our system is now operating as it should and with updated/improved components and we are reaping the benefits. Everyone from the sales team, the admin and the trio of tradesmen that came to our house, have been so helpful. We were kept up to date in the lead up to the installation and on the days of the installation the tradies were on time, professional and polite.
