Brett reached out immediately and visited my home to assess my needs and provide clear, honest recommendations that aligned with my budget. He took the time to review my previous electricity bills and thoroughly explain which system would deliver the best performance and long-term savings. Daryelle in the office was exceptional—her communication was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She coordinated the removal of my old system and the installation of the new one with great flexibility, adjusting bookings around weather changes without any fuss. I was also offered a panel upgrade that still fit comfortably within my budget, which I really appreciated. The installation itself was completed professionally by Jason and his team. Their workmanship was outstanding, and the final result—a new system with 22 panels and an 8.2 kW inverter—is of extremely high quality. I’m thrilled with the outcome and have even been set up with an app to easily monitor my usage. The installation of the battery occurred yesterday. From the design and quoting process at the start through to the final installation yesterday I felt confident with the people I dealt with. In particular the installers were not only efficient very helpful. It is a clean and tidy installation and we are set-up with the App with everything thing completed. Very happy all round.

We thoroughly recommend Hardy Solar for solar installation, servicing and now also batteries. We first met Jackson and the team in Kingscliff where they installed a large solar system for us about 6 years ago. We were struck by how helpful and friendly all the staff were and with the swift and professional installation at a very competitive price. We were so impressed we had them install a new system for us when we moved to the Gold Coast about 4 years ago. We have now just had batteries installed by them and again their service and support have been outstanding. This is a stable company that takes pride in what it does and that’s often hard to find these days.

Very happy with the Hardy Solar crew from first contact to the goodbye from my property . They did what I wanted (I am pedantic) and had a very happy bunch of staff members . FYI- I was an electrical contractor from 1988 to 2023 so kept a close eye on their work . I put panels on south facing roof over garage to cater for my summer air conditioning load . Great team to deal with, professional and courteous. Quoted and installed a well-designed system. SigEnergy 24kw Battery and extra 6kw of panels. Installers were great, on time, polite and cleaned up after themselves. I can recommend these folks unreservedly.
