From first conversations right through to the end of install day they were extremely approachable and professional, explaining everything in great detail and answering countless questions. Damon & Andrew were great, providing solid and comprehensive technical information and recommendations (not just sales talk), across several rounds of contact over email, on the phone and in person, while I did my own research and due diligence (3 competitive quotes). In the end, Genevo had a better price for comparable equipment levels, and they went the extra mile making multiple site visits to measure up my preferred panel layout, and taking care of a few special requests. We used to pay about $190/month for gas hot water and power. We switched to a Sanden heat pump hot water system at the same time as adding a new 6kW Fronus inverter and 7.68kW SunPower panels from Genevo to our existing 1kW system, and now the power company owes us $135 after the first month (21c FiT).

Have had a battery system installed by Genevo. Great friendly team who explained everything to me, helped right through the procurement to install process. Provided full documentation for filing on completion. Communication was great, given the rush and product shortages experienced at the time.

We did a large 36 panel install with Genevo and couldn't be happier with their knowledge and professionalism and the advice prior to and during the installation. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quote.
