I recently had a solar battery installed with UPL Solar, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Akash provided excellent communication both before and after the installation. He was always available to answer my questions and was incredibly helpful throughout the ACT loan process, making everything clear and easy to manage. Akash was also on-site every day to ensure the installation was completed on time. Sherub (electrician) did an exceptional job with the installation. His work was professional, tidy, and completed with great attention to detail. Roy (UPL Solar customer support) offered fantastic assistance and played a key role in resolving an extended warranty issue after the installation. His prompt support and follow-through were greatly appreciated. I’ve seen some reviews mentioning delays in installation, but people need to understand that providers must coordinate with multiple parties—especially during peak season in a competitive market—which can naturally impact timelines. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service and highly recommend UPL Solar for anyone considering a solar installation.

UPL Solar (Akash) was the only one who said they can install new solar panels and battery that will work along side my existing solar panels. Since I have a smart meter, ACTEWAGL can see my existing and new solar feed-in as separate feeds. The teams from UPL solar who installed the battery, switch board wiring and solar panels, a couple of weeks ago, were very friendly and professional. I am very happy with their service and end result.

It has been great working with Akash and the team, very professional and accommodating. I would not have done this without knowing Akash has successfully delivered many installations in the region.
