DC Solar's communication, organisation and timely responses were professional and courteous. Everything discussed pre purchase, assistance with submissions, guidance and explanations of how to use the system were all provided to a very professional and satisfactory level. Clean up after installation was spotless, without prompting. After sales and installation service was excellent. The service provided was 'next level' and I can't recommend this company and staff highly enough. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 😊👍.

Had a very enthusiastic rep call us. We decided to go ahead with the panels when it was all approved with a loan. The service we received was fabulous! Dealing with the company to the lovely chaps who did the installation. Nothing was a bother. I have had follow up calls since the installation to check on the system. Highly recommend. 💯

DC solar spent about 2 hours explaining how the solar would work and all the other things I needed to know about. No other provider did that when I was seeking quotes. Their installers were excellent and not shonky. I received a follow up call to see how things were going. Would highly recommend them if you are thinking about getting solar.

The process of getting solar installed by DC Solar was smooth from beginning to end. Everything was done on time. The process was explained clearly. Once completed they called me and took me through install the app, how to understand it and how to read the new solar meter. They suggested when to use each appliance for maximum efficiency. They have even made follow up phone calls to check if we were happy with the system or needed any additional assistance.
