  What a pleasure to deal with a company that actually does what it says! Excellent customer service. We have purchased 3 Solartronic electric gate sets. Any issues have been professionally delt with immediately. They just sort it out - no quibbling. Great company. Definitely worth 5 stars.

  Brilliant service! The unit had worked perfect for eight years until an idiot visitor to my property opened the gate and for some reason waited, When he did drive forward, the gate was closing and his tandem trailer destroyed the gate. Not much damage to the unit as it seems well engineered. Sent it off to be repaired and with a quick turn around and excellent service, my gate work again. THANK YOU

  We've had our gate for 8 years. My partner and I installed it after having lived in inner suburbs for most of our lives... It was actually pretty easy.. We'd do a better job these days, but it has lasted. (It's a dual gate configuration so we had to cut bitumen too ) .. On the rare occasions there have been small problems (and a unit outside in the hills, with sun, rain and near leafy plants - we've probably only had 3 issues) ----- but the staff at Solar Tronics came through every time with help over the phone. We even had a slug fry the mainboard (our fault not closing the box tightly) - and they got us a refurbished board to save us a bit of money. They've even guided me through how to use my multimeter to isolate an issue (which turned out to be a battery replacement needed) . More concerned about saving me a call out fee than making a few extra bucks.

  From Shane in Upper Beaconsfield. My older gate model had a problem where someone jammed it and Solartronics were very helpful in guiding me to a fix. The lady on the phone (sorry didn't catch her name) knew a lot about her product, suggested I had a small fuse problem, sent me some spares out in the post without charge, and it fixed the problem!! FANTASTIC service, bullet proof product, no hesitation in recommending them and their gate opening products.
