Can't speak highly enough of the customer service we received from Simon and the team. Despite purchasing our awning from a reseller, Simon went out of his way when we had questions about our remote control. Not only did he inspect the remote we had, he replaced it under warranty and then talked us through re-calibrating it over the phone. Throughout the process he went out of his way to be accommodating (making sure he was at the office when we brought our existing remote down), was polite and flexible (or provided days/times for us to engage), and ultimately delivered a solution to our problem. My mother-in-law is now able to use her awning and it is working perfectly!!

Absolute Champions! Simon provided awesome.customer service, Followed up when i wasnt ablw to answer the first few calls and then over the phone helping me with my automation issue. I honestly thought as the motorised blind manufacturer they might palm me off to the installer (who i cant find) but Simon was so thorough and communicated so nice and clearly everything I needed to do to reset my motorised blind motors. Honestly if you are a DIYer or a blinds installer considering options to use for blind or awning automation the linx motorheads are absolutely the way to go !! I am definitely going to make sure my future indoor blinds use linx motorheads and have a view to put a motorised awning in outside later and Ill use their automated blinds systems for all of it !!! Their wind detector for the awnings looks lile a game changer for protecting your investment and Ill probably upgrade to their hub so i can voice activate and use googe home for everything too ! Highly recommend this business! The Linx automation system works well for our folding arm awning, and the customer service was EXCELLENT– responsive, super knowledgeable (saved us $$$$), professional and friendly!
