Wow Jimmy has done it again. As per previous review i have had some problems with an ageing Cbus system at my home. I contacted Jim at Intelligent Automation who attended site promptly and i mean promptly! Jim quickly diagnosed my issue(s) and made sensible recommendations to resolve the situation and was able to find the issues. I deal with a lot of trades and this guy is a true Gem. Amazing in all aspects and to be able to do the electrical and cbus at the same time was a bonus. Everything is now working as it should be. Referred to Intelligent Automation by friends, Intelligent Automation did not disappoint. Pricing for works completed was what we had expected and reasonable for works carried out. Nothing has been too hard or TRICKY (a phrase I have been given by other electricians) for Mark & Jim who work efficiently and effectively together. Important to us is a trade that shows up on time when they say they will. Big tick here. Loved the sms message service that advises when they are on the way and expected arrival time. Sharleen who handles all the administrative needs for the team, is in regular contact with updates and a pleasure to work with.
