We recently upgraded our Hills alarm system to a Risco system through Security Perth and could not be more satisfied with the experience. Joe, the salesperson we dealt with, was exceptionally helpful throughout the process. We had numerous emails and phone calls and asked many questions, all of which he answered promptly and thoroughly without any issue. The onsite installers, Jon and Ruben, were highly skilled, polite, and patient. They guided us through every stage of the installation and took the time to clearly explain how to operate the mobile app, which we found particularly helpful as we are not very confident with phone applications. They truly went above and beyond when we enquired about relocating our router from the garage to the study — testing data points to ensure feasibility and even reviewing our existing CCTV setup. We had obtained another quote from a company based in Nedlands who insisted that all our existing hardware needed to be replaced, at a cost of almost $9,000. We were extremely grateful to find Security Perth, as they demonstrated integrity and professionalism by working with our existing equipment and only updating or replacing what was genuinely required. We just had Jordan at Security Perth install surveillance at our property. Jordan was very professional, knowledgeable and time efficient! Joe, John and Rueben were an absolute pleasure to deal with, from my initial email all the way through to install and training on the app. Although it is early days the alarm system, cameras and intercom / doorbell are functioning far better than I hoped. This is testament to the care and thoughtfulness put into the setup by Rueben and John. Hard to find service like this nowadays. Give these guys a bonus!

Great Staff and Brilliant Service. I was looking for security cameras for weeks (6 weeks), got no reply's from anyone, one lot came out did a walk around for a quote and never got back to me. I was given Security Perth as an option from my IT Company, Jon called me on a Wednesday, came out checked my wants & needs on the Friday, the Sales team quoted me that day and my system was installed on the next Tuesday.
