I've been a satisfied customer of Better Looking Shutters for about five years, ever since they installed a couple of shutters for me. But yesterday, disaster struck as one of the shutters at my carport malfunctioned, leaving my car stuck inside. I was worried I'd be stuck without a solution, but Slav came to the rescue. Despite being extremely busy with year-end installations, he managed to arrange for Zac his technician to come and fix the issue. Zac was a lifesaver as he worked tirelessly in the blistering 35-degree heat to get the shutter working again. I'm so impressed with the service provided by Better Looking Shutters. They are reliable, responsive, and genuinely professional.
