I have not needed Unitech's assistance for some years because my TV was working well but in recent times problems developed with my free to air stations and the apps relying on the internet. Unitech fixed both problems at a reasonable cost and Marco provided some invaluable advice on how best to access the free to air stations. Very professional and very helpful.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars – Excellent Service from Unitech Services and Steffane! We had a fantastic experience with Unitech Services when our much-loved but very old vacuum cleaner needed a new motor. From the outset, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely interested in helping us keep our trusty machine going. A special thank you to Steffane, who came out to do the repair. He was punctual, friendly, and clearly very skilled at what he does. We have an older model Valet and it’s now running like new again thanks to his expertise. He gave us an interesting piece of information: to never vacuum pets dried food as they ricochet and do damage. We are so pleased to have found a business that delivers such honest, reliable service. Thanks to Unitech services for the diagnosis and repair of my preamplifier. The repair requiring the sourcing of 16 large 390000uf capacitors for the power supply - virtual battery filter, of which two capacitors had failed, and were not available in Aus. As you can see the workmanship is flawless - OEM quality, I cannot recommend Marco and the team highly enough

Spoke with Marco over the phone regarding my issue, was quoted the standard rate to check something out if I came in. Went in, he thoroughly tested the device and gave his input and I decided to go the warranty route instead. He didn’t charge me for his time despite definitely being within his right to.
