Australian Antennas recently upgraded our 26 year old Bosch home security system. Our experience from seeking a quote to completion of the work was fabulous- technician attended our home to inspect our security system, provided us options/quotes for upgrading our system, available to answer any questions before acceptance of quote, technicians attendance were on time and accommodated our availability, confirmation of attendance time via calls/text before attendance, team members (from office to field technicians) were professional and courteous, addressed technical challenges, site left clean and old kit taken away. A big thank you to Australian Antennas for providing a great customer experience in delivering our home a quality and reliable Bosch home security system, which we can now activate and monitor alarming remotely.

Conscious of all the cowboys in this industry I took some time to research businesses servicing my area and found Australian Security through this Google review. Every aspect of my dealing with them has been exemplary. - front office response to my enquiry was truly interested to understand my needs, and a quote was arranged promptly - communication for the quote attendance was great. SMS notifications to make sure I was still free and update on the day for arrival time - Erme attended for the quote and the first thing I noticed was his uniform and then the professionalism followed. Understood my needs, offered wonderful advice and no feelings at all about being over sold - quote arrived next day and the communication about that was equally professional. - on the day before the job I received a SMS reminder and opportunity to amend. On the day I received a phone call confirming the time of arrival within the time frame that was quoted. - installation was professional and respectful and I cannot speak highly enough about the service provided by Erme an Gordon. I was consulted throughout, and provided great support to understand the new system and confidence of the support that comes with the installation. I couldn’t be happier, and that’s why I’m taking the time to give a thoughtful review in the hope that others make the right decision as I’m please to know now that I did.

We recently had an upgrade of our security cameras. Kevin was our technician, who communicated well, did a great job and spent a good deal of time explaining and making sure we understood how the app worked. We would definitely recommend him. Thanks Kevin.

I had a CCTV security system installed at our home about 5 months ago. I really liked that an Australian Security employee came to our home to inspect and advise on the appropriate system and that the sales team patiently responded to my many questions. I subsequently had a problem with not being able to view the CCTV cameras when we were overseas. This was rectified, thanks to Mathew's assistance, via email with many steps and screenshots. I am very happy with the CCTV installation and can recommend Australian Security for their before and after sales service.

Excellent commincations & responce from initial installation of security system from Brian & Matt regarding my requests for support. Importantly, the techivcian Blake who came to resolve security camera monitor images was very skilled & thorough in checking for any glitches to ensure all 4 cameras were functioning well, much appreciated.
