The service from Callum was fantastic, he arrived when he said he would, he paid attention to detail, double checked everything and made suggestions to make sure we were happy. The end result?   Since coming across Tekplex about 2 years ago, I would now never use another company when it come to security systems and CCTV installation. Callum has been so great to work with, he is extremely communicative, and gives great guidance as to what he thinks the best solution will be for our business. Callum has now installed x2 camera systems for our retail business and an alarm system. He listened to what we wanted, and not only delivered on the agreed upon system but went above and beyond to recognise we had forgotten about a few things, and quickly solved these oversights. Callum even ran extra cable for the camera system in case we ever want to add more cameras. His after install service is also top notch. Highly recommend this business.

  Callum of Tekplex was engaged to advise on the security at our residential building of 15 apartments in the CBD as we wanted to upgrade from a keypad entry system to a fob system and to also install our first CCTVs and internet connection for communal areas. From the first meeting to the final installation Callum and his team were knowledgeable, courteous, punctual and professional. Tekplex arranged all the trades, liaised with the lift company to install a camera in the lift and advised us well throughout the project. Their pricing was competitive and the technology easy for the OC committee to use. We now have an app on our phones so we can see live or archived footage from any camera. Within days we had a security incident and the footage helped us take action against the offenders. The system paid for itself almost straight away. A month or so after completion we decided we needed more cameras to give fuller coverage and Callum quoted and installed as quickly as the Covid regulations would allow. Great communication and overall we would be very happy to recommend Tekplex for any of your security needs. On behalf of the Owners Corporation Thank you!
