Despite walking into an unknown environment, the technician quickly assessed the situation, confirmed key details, and identified the root causes of the issue. He went above and beyond — improvising to get things working safely and efficiently. Thanks to his efforts, we restored power to the communications cabinet and recovered 23 cameras back online. Afrer getting told by 4 other alarm companies that i need a whole new alarm system... I called Serious security to get some advice about an issue with a fixed wireless terminal. The gentleman knew what the problem was and put me in touch with someone where i could buy a replacement part. I was able to resolve the issue with his knowledge without needing a whole new system. What an amazing team. First class service, professional, punctual & friendly. Installation was a breeze and the explanation of how to use CCTV was explained in such a user friendly way. If you are eager to install cameras in and around your home, I cannot recommend these guys enough. Their prices are by far the most competitive I’ve seen. They will not disappoint.

Very good prompt communication via email in obtaining quotes and variations, as well as by call/text to arrange date and time of install. We had the Dahua cameras installed, reasonable pricing. Install team very professional and punctual, arrived at agreed time. Worked efficiently and neatly. Polite team who offered to take shoes off in our house. Went extra mile to arrange to have cabling connected to video recorder in room of our choice, on upstairs level. Changed placement of one camera and adjusted positions of cameras on request and without complaint. Explained how to use the system, and install/use apps thoroughly for our cameras. Serious Security installed our home alarm today, VERY HAPPY. The website is very clear on all the costs and extra options. The communication was quick and thorough. The technician / installer was exceptional. He was very friendly and polite, meticulous and had the care factor with the installation. The installation was well thought out. Once installed the technician explained the operation in-depth (We had the WiFi option to alert our mobile phones, plus the larger touchscreen and pet friendly sensors). I would highly recommend Serious Security. Our pervious experience with an alarm company was not good.

Great company! Awesome customer service which is hard to get these days. I would definitely recommend Serious Security to friends and family. Had some minor problems with the set up of cameras and trip zones and just a simple phone call had it all fixed! If you need cameras or alarms give them a call!
