Seb and his team are great workers and look after their customers. I actually found his company through a job we were doing for work. I liked his team that mucb that I decided to use him on my place and for several family members. Don't shop around for cheap quotes for security and risk it with an unlicensed backyarder, use Goff and get the job done properly

Kitchen renovation job in Forest Hill, VIC. Happened across Liam, one of their electricians, whilst walking my dog early morning. Needed an electrician and got into conversation about my job. Liam was easy to talk to and was happy to offer his advice. After which I called their office to book the job and Liam was on my doorstep in 15mins! I received a quote via email within the hour. He returned on the required date after the new kitchen and splashbacks were installed (4 /5 weeks later) to complete fitting sockets, installing induction cooktop switch and CB, adding new switches to my distribution board and installing and testing my induction cooker, electric oven and rangehood. If there was any doubt about anything, I was consulted, rather than assumptions made, which is how it should be. Liam was experienced and knew a lot about installing the appliances and offered information I was unaware of. Work was professional and tidy. The bill was as quoted. Certificate was provided. I would happily recommend.

Their no fuss work ethics made them very easy to deal with. I have trained thousands of professionals in customer service and am not easily impressed, however I am very impressed with Goff Electrical & Security and would definitely, highly recommend.

Seb has been our electrician since we bought our house, and his team recently returned to do some security and internal lighting upgrades for us. Prompt, friendly and gave great advice. 5 stars, will use again.

I had an issue with some electric windows that I had been trying to resolve with different electricians for 18 months. After I put a call-out on our local Diamond Creek Community Hub page, Sebastian reached out and we made an appointment for the next working day (it was a long weekend). He identified the issue, tracked down the manufacturer of the motors, confirmed they were within warranty and provided me with details to get them replaced. The effort he went to was amazing, and while we haven't fixed it yet, I have an action plan. Sebastian will be our new go-to electrician from now on. VERY HAPPY!
