David came across very knowledgeable on the phone and spoke in an easy to understand way in explaining what the options I had in relation to work that I had requested. He turned up at the times requested, first for the quote then for the work itself. I found David to be very professional. Explained the pros and cons of the different options available to me and the price for each option. What I also like was that there was no attempt to up sell or advise me that I needed things that I didn’t. His approach was we will replace what was needed then see what the reception was like, then if it was not to my satisfaction, he would look at what else could be updated. Could not recommend David highly enough.

David came around and helped fix an older system and get it back working again . Absolute fantastic service couldn't ask for anything more . He certainly knows CCTV security technology . Made sure everything worked and made sure I understood how to operate the system . Highly recommend !!! AAAA++++++++

I hired David to fitout data cabling/security cameras for a small office. David was extremely professional from start to finish. He was knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond what was required. I have no hesitation of recommending David to my family/friends for future data/security jobs.

In response to Daniel Lane's review. Intercom retro fit was supplied and installed and wired into existing under ground cabling on 12/08/22 Front door electric lock was operational and was never replaced nor quoted as part of the retro fit. Daniel calls on 10/09/22 regarding door not closing, I fount that the door frame had moved and the latch did not line up to the strike plate. I did not charge a fee. 4 months later Daniel contacted me regarding the front door electric lock. I found that the coil on the electric lock was no longer functioning, He asked me to replace it. Daniel thought I was going to provide a pro bono service for a lock that was there since the property was built, of which was never replaced during the retro fit. Daniel was not happy that I had given him an invoice. He also stated that I should have know that the lock was not going to last and I should have just replaced it at my cost. From my perspective we have both made assumption and I will take our discussion points to improving my service.
