Absolutely outstanding service!! Been with Clarke Security for over 10 years and their amazing service is still the same as when I first signed up! My smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night. By the time I got up out of bed to see what was wrong, my phone was already ringing with the lovely lady saying “We’ve received a fire alarm, is everything okay”. I was half asleep and didn’t know what was going on with all the sirens going off. She even stayed on the line while I investigated and she made sure I was safe. Now that is top notch protection! Gives me comfort to know they will have my back in times of critical emergencies. When the alarm goes off they do not stop trying to get in contact with me and my family until they know everything is okay. Adelaide based monitoring is also a plus for me, I know I’m speaking to a local! Well priced system for a large house, way cheaper and better service than the competitors I have been with in the past! Highly recommend

I can't express enough how fantastic my experience was with Clarke Security. I was dealing with a situation where my elderly relative needed a personal alert system urgently and Tom and the team were able to assist at short notice. We tested the system and our test call was answered quickly by the call centre. Thank you so much to Tom and the team for your exceptional service!

Thank you so much for the great service you provided to my elderly Mum after she used her personal alert device. An ambulance was contacted and I was telephoned with all the details from your staff. This brings a great sense of relief when family members need help and we aren’t always there. 🙏
