Austronics Pty Ltd

Have just finished using Austronics for setting up a security of our home and two units. State of the art security. Excellent service, excellent value and without any hesitation highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service. The staff were always friendly, calls were answered quickly. Two thumbs up!

We recently visited Austronics as part of our home selections and had a consult with Gianna. My partner and I had such a great time during our selections. Initially, I was dreading this, thinking we’d walk out with thousands worth of unwanted upgrades and upselling galore. To my absolute surprise, I was not overwhelmed, stressed or forced into anything! We were given great information and insight, that assisted us in making our overall choices. I also wanted to note a great option that is available; with any upgrades that you do choose, (depending on your builder) you’re able to pay separately to your build contract. This is definitely something that has assisted us, especially with house prices being so expensive! In the future, if we do ever build again, we will be coming back because of the great experience we had and options available.

We have no hesitation in recommending Austronics to our friends and family and anyone else for that matter who may be looking for a Security System. Having never previously purchased a Security System, but we found this experience to be the easiest and stress free. Julian’s knowledge of Security Systems and Home Automation on offer was exceptional. His calmness and down to earth approach made it a remarkably hassle-free process. Furthermore, we never at any stage, felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. Austronics showroom boasts the great range of products and services set up on display. We are extremely grateful that we had Julian as our salesman. Approachable, friendly and patient.

The most professional company I have ever come across. The service and quality of products was amazing. Every staff member involved was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Austronics to anyone needing surveillance products and/or an intercom.

Austronics has been providing excellent service to body corporates under management for many years. They’ve provided CCTV, security systems, automated gate provisions and voice and data networking cabling to large and small groups around Adelaide. The team is experienced, friendly and very responsive - just what you need when security is at stake. They are professional in all aspects of their business and pricing is very competitive and I’m happy to recommend Austronics to my friends and family. Rino - Adelaide
