Stefan is old school prompt punctual and VERY well schooled in his product.Takes calls at night during emergency and supplies the most easy to use effective alarm system. We never used the one from the original house because it was a bit awkward. The Bosch is REALLY convenient with easy touch fob for each family member and the app everyone has to activate/deactivate remotely. Outstanding company!!!
