Peter is an excellent security SME. Peter advised on my daughters wireless alarm solution within budget. Installed and commissioned with in agreed time frame. Neat clean and excellent after sales follow-up service. I personally had a service call at my house on a Saturday at a very reasonable fee. To look at a greater than 8 year installation (not his!). Peter was able to troubleshoot and get camera access on my phone that the other company couldnt achieve. We are customers for life. Highly recommend Peter as an expert in security and a gentleman. Can't speak anymore highly of him.

Before contacting Peter (Kontrol), I had 3 quotes for my home CCTV from installers presenting THEIR preferred brands. Peter spent multiple long conversations explaining specs, brands and models without bias. He referred me to 4 suppliers of different brands to independently see and ask, followed by a site visit discussing pros/cons based on our needs. He quoted 3 options, all better value than previous like-for-like quotes. I changed preferences multiple times during/after installation, and he calmly discussed, advised and adjusted. Our system was installed within 7 days from meeting Peter, to meet my travel plans. He followed up on issues immediately and continues to. Installation was efficient due to a professional relationship with highly competent staff (Phil). Being an engineer of 20 years, I was very impressed with the knowledge, experience and professionalism of Peter and Kontrol Security. I feel relaxed about the process and outcome for my family home's security.

Peter is amazing at what he does. He hooked up my previous home in Peakhurst with a full security system, with cameras, an App to view the camera live on my phone, and with 30 days of back up. His price was cheaper than anyone else, and the quality of his work was perfect. We used him again for our current home, and again, awesome work.
