Jason did the installation which I am very pleased with. He did an excellent job and explained fully how the new system worked. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company Bruce

  I needed a new alarm system and wasn’t sure which one would best suit my needs. Sam from CTC was incredibly helpful and guided me to the perfect system for my situation. The system arrived on time, with all hardware very well packaged and in excellent condition. Both the before-sales and after-sales service were absolutely outstanding. I installed the system myself and needed quite a few settings configured before everything worked properly. The technical support from CTC was truly beyond words—patient, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend CTC and their service to anyone looking for a reliable alarm system.

  We had our alarm system upgraded by CTC Communications. I would like to compliment them on their great customer service and installation. The installer was very friendly and detailed how the new system worked and its features. Also Sam provided great service when we intially vistied him to discuss our ugrade and provide a Quote. He also made a follow up call after the installation to make sure all went smoothly and we happy.

The system has only been installed recently, so full functionality still needs to be assessed, but so far everything looks great. Highly recommended!
