I need to share the excellent experience and the appreciation of the service we have had with Ara and the prompt service provided. I would like to congratulate Ara - He provides excellent and exemplary customer service at a very short notice to deal with an Alarm issue we had. Being a customer centric person myself, where the customer’s/ client’s needs must be addressed, and we need to have good stakeholder management to ensure we are delivering the service to ensure that the process is completed to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. It is extremely difficult and unusual to get good technician customer service nowadays and it was always a refreshing experience for us to engage with Ara.
