I’m extremely satisfied with the service from AI Elites Security. Amin & his team installed 16 Dahua 8MP cameras, along with an IP intercom and access control system at our site. From start to finish, the team was efficient, polite, and clearly experienced. The image quality is excellent both day and night and triggers the human and vehicle with no false alarm, and the intercom system enables us open the gate remotely. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable security technician, provided some support over the phone as well.

I had an excellent experience with this security camera company. From the very beginning, their customer service was friendly, responsive, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and recommended the best options without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. The installation process was smooth and professional. The technicians arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the system was set up perfectly. The camera quality is outstanding — clear footage day and night, with great coverage of all the important areas. Since the install, the system has been working flawlessly, and any questions I’ve had were answered quickly. I feel so much safer knowing my home/business is protected with reliable equipment and a trustworthy company behind it. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality security cameras and excellent service!
