RICHTEK ROOFING PERTH

We have many roofing leaking problems, from the gutters and downpipes and the detachment of the roof ridge pointing. For the 1st part of the job (pointing and sarking), Richtek Roofing sent Karl. Not only was Karl a very friendly and well mannered guy, he is skillful, meticulous, systematic and very careful with his works. He also turned up so early and worked long hours (took him just 2 days to complete the job - part of the pointing was assisted by his mate Geoff). Karl also went all the way out to hear our other problems (gutters and downpipes - which we have also ordered from Richtek) & he took extra notes to send over to the office on top of what was already been discussed with Sam (the guy who came to give us the quote). On completion of his works, he sent through extensive site photographs (of the before, during and after) as he promised. We are very happy with Karl (skill and personality) and he comes highly recommended for roof tiles works and maintenance.

Can't express how good John and his team were. I told them about the dodgy men i had, had previously. That quoted 1 price then said there was more work needing to be done, and it would be another 5k. For the work that they did badly only to have them cause more issues. There was extra work that needed to be done to fix previous work, and unlike other trades I have had they didn't charge more. I will definitely have them back again. Thank you so much again. 💓

Our gutters were completely rusted out on one side of the house. Upon inspection all the gutters and down pipes needed replacing. We were kept informed of the time schedule and once started, the job was completed in 2 days. It was a big job, being 2 stories and needing scaffolding to be erected. The house looks like new again. The two gentlemen who completed the job were excellent tradesmen, friendly with a great sense of humour and cleaned up after the job. I thoroughly recommend this company.

We had a great experience with Richtek Roofing. Sam gave us a thorough quote and walk-through with photos of what needed to be done, and Geoff did a great job on the day: he worked hard in the heat - pretty awesome stuff overall so close to Christmas! As our roof damage was not covered by insurance, we really appreciated John's understanding and approach when we contacted him to organise it all. Jacquie, in the office, was also very efficient! The guarantee on their work also put our minds at ease. Thanks so much to everyone involved.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend! I had such a great experience with Richtek Roofing. The work that was carried out was done extremely professionally from start to finish. I was contacted every couple of days with clear updates, which made the whole process stress-free and transparent, something you don’t often get with trades. The team was punctual, respectful, and genuinely took pride in their work. The negative reviews definitely don’t reflect this company at all. My experience was nothing but positive, and I’m really impressed with the level of communication and professionalism shown throughout. Would absolutely use them again and happily recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done!

Absolutely awesome experience with Richtek Roofing. From start to finish they were super easy to deal with, turned up when they said they would, and the quality of their work is spot on. No mess left behind, great communication, and affordable pricing. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done!
