I had made many online requires for getting my roof repaired. I had only one other guy that actually came out and gave me a quote of $6000.00 . Out of desperation I gave him a call back and gave him the job. Then Dale messaged me and said he was in the area and could come past and give me a quote. I sent him its okay I have someone coming to do the job. Dale didn't see my message and still came out. I got up and seen him reversing out he seen me and said he just seen the message. We had a chat and I said yeah give me quote since you are here. All I can say thank God he did. He saved me a lot of money. I felt bad to cancel the other guy. Dale got onto his team right away and I got the work done the next day. George arrived and he is very polite and professional young man. He got started and worked very hard and got the job done in a timely manner. I am very happy with the job of pressure clean roof of moss, change broken roof tiles and repair the leaks and repoint grout on the tiles. Dale is going to send one of his team members to paint the wooden A frame. I hope George gets a new business car as his didn't want to start. Thank you very much for doing a great job!

We had our roof renovation done at the end of 2024 and have been very happy with the result. Recently had a question about possible water ingress to the soffit and Dale came around. He checked the valley flashing and there was no problem there so he suggested an overflow pipe in the gutters. Permacoat, and especially Dale have shown good workmanship and after sales service.

If there was a 10 star option, Permacoat would be worth every star. Fast, friendly and very efficient. I don't recognise our roof. They did an amazing job and the property was clean when they were finished. I recommend Permacoat to anyone! Photos added are 1. Before, 2. Cleaned and lastly 3. Sealed/painted.

We recently purchased our 50 year old house with apparent old water damage to the eaves and previous damages over the years.
