I had a water leakage due to lack of roof maintenance by the previous owner. As soon as I contacted Sam, he did not hesitate to attend in pouring rain and complete an assessment and advise on what repairs were required. I am very impressed with the workmanship and have found Sam to be honest and reliable, completing the job in a very prompt and timely manner. I was provided a very reasonable price to complete full roof repoint, recapping, and tile replacement. My neighbours have been providing compliments, and as such, I have recommended Smart Choice to all. Thank you, Sam and team!

I recently had my roof restored, including the replacement of several broken tiles and a full repointing of the ridges and collars, and the results are outstanding. Sam & Manny were professional from start to finish — punctual, clear in their communication, and meticulous in their workmanship. The broken tiles were replaced seamlessly, with careful attention to matching the existing roof. The repointing work was done to a very high standard, leaving the ridges and collars looking clean, solid, and far more secure than before. Highly recommended for anyone needing quality roof restoration.

Could not recommend this business more highly!! Rang to see if they could have a look at our roof leak on Wednesday, they said they couldn’t get there till the Monday, I told them it was urgent, they came the next day, gave me a quote which was very reasonable, by Friday early afternoon it was repaired. Sam was easy to deal with, prompt and very friendly. Thanks again for the great service!

Sam was great to deal with. Confirmed with me over the phone what I needed and provided a detailed quote in a prompt manner. A job split across 2 levels (tiled roof and metal top story), it was no problem for Sam. Workers very professional and easy going. Great result, it's brought a 1950's tiled roof back to it's former glory. I would highly recommend this company. Even if you aren't sure what you want, give them a call and they'll talk through your options.

Sam at Smart Choice Roof Restorations goes above and beyond. We had a nightmare roofing issue that insurance didn’t want to fix and cover, and Sam done a superb job at a great price. The roof restoration looks amazing also. He is also one of the friendliest men you’ll come across, and prompt. I don’t think we could have picked better. Cheers Sam 👍

Used this service to restore my 2 storey terracotta tiled roof 6 months ago. The chemical treatment take approximately 6 months to kill the algae and be washed away. The provider gave me guarantee. Post 6 months the algae had not fully dissipated. Hence the provider came back gave it second blast. Very happy with the service provided and uploading of the promise. This is rare in the service industry. The provider is easy to communicate and responsive.
