RELIABLE ROOFING GROUP

I employed Mason from Reliable Roofing to fix a box gutter that was overflowing inside the house. The original gutter was poorly designed, so my goal was to take it out of commission and have the roof reshaped so water would flow to the outside instead of towards the centre of the roof. Mason provided expert service. He went beyond the minimum requirements, adding several thoughtful features that will make the new roof longer lasting and completely watertight. As part of the job, he also replaced four corroded skylights. Throughout the project, Mason was quick to respond to any text or message, including follow-up service after the job was finished. I would highly recommend Mason as a skilled and caring roofing professional.

Mason replaced some gutters and downpipes, together with rotted fascia. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I found him to be very responsive and generally easy to deal with. One negative was that my tenant reported that his team put junk in their rubbish bins so a downgrade to slightly less than 5 stars for that.

Mason has done a great job to replace our gutters, down pipes as well as replaced decking roof and secured roofing structure recently. With his positive spirit, wonderful willingness to help others via his skilful hands, we are very luck to meet this kind real sense of professional Craftsman. Do wish the journey ahead, his skills and attitude by taking hard work can enlighten others from all aspects.

Our experience with Mason from Reliable Roofing Group replacing our gutters and down pipes was first class. Arrived as advised, completed the work and cleaned up afterwards to a high quality, on time and with no surprises.

We booked Mason to fix the gutter of our pergola and added a drainage point that required cutting the concrete slab early this month. Mason is very easy to communicate with. Before the work commenced, he explained clearly what tasks would be done so that we could estimate the cost accurately. Overall, I am highly satisfied with his work. Will give 5+ stars if Google Review allows it.

Mason and his team did a great job cleaning the tiles on our roof and replacing our gutters. They were reliable, conscientious, and fair in their pricing. We were impressed by their honesty and diligence. Highly recommend.
