OMI Roof Plumbing

Omar and the team have done a great job with the roofing at our place. They replaced a tiled section, new veranda roof and box gutter to tie them together. Excellent final finish with attention to detail. Great communications and follow up.

We got Omar to come help with some issues with our roof, made worse by the the mess pigeons were making of our gutters and downpipes. In addition to clearing the blockage and installing bird deterrents he did a great job identifying the source of three different defects. What I really appreciated about Omar was the way he explained the issues that he found, talking to photos of the defects he saw on initial inspection. He was also clear about what was wrong regarding some of the ideas we had about bird proofing the gutters, recommending against meshing solutions. While conducting the work he was also proactively calling out potential problems with regards things outside the scope of work, with video of the aircon split system ducting showing an issue with condensation due to insulation failure. He even went so far as to call his HVAC contact to get an opinion as to what should be considered there. A clear 5 star result, I wouldn't hesitate to have Omar come and help with future roofing issues. Thanks again!

very happy with the team at OMI, from start to end very professional and knowledgeable. replaced all my gutters as they were all rusted out. Was the best quote i got out of 3 different company’s. Highly recommend
