Several sunday nights ago a short but sharp storm hit Brisbane. Hail caused damage to my roof/skylight. I had large hail and rain in my carpeted lounge room. Early Monday morning I called 9 Roofers. 2 replied - understanding many people had suffered much worse damage. SES were unable to attend to provide a ‘ make-safe ‘ as I have solar panels. Richard from URBn roofing solutions was on a job on the Sunshine Coast. This particular problem was not within his usual scope. He attended and secured my roof for me by early afternoon that day as further storms were predicted for the coming week. He prevented further damage to the interior of my home without hesitation & greatly reduced my angst in those couple of weeks until I was able to get a new skylight installed. I can’t thank Richard & URBn enough. Will always recommend.

Wow found our roofing maintenance team. Today Devan come out to do an insurance Roof report from recent storm damage. He provided honest expert advise to keep our home safe and dry. A remarkable thing was Devan found a cracked roof tile that had been ungraded 12 months ago. Without fuss he got a tile , cut it to shape and replaced our broken tile. Even though he was only here for a Roof report. Amazing roofers that are honest and very helpful. Like Devan said " we are all human and deserve to keep our family safe from possible roof falling in our kids" You think Roof maintenance, reports and repairs. Think Urban roofing solutions.
