  We have had a leak that no one previously has been able to fix. After all the recent storms and hailstorm in November it was a lot worse. I contacted stormcall and spoke to Craig the owner of the business. He came out the afternoon I called him as I was distressed with all the water coming through. As he was super busy over that period he did a temporary fix. He was up on my roof for 3 hours doing the temporary fix. This was to make sure we had no more leaks and to test it would work as well. We got 2 big storms and no leak anymore. He then came back and fixed it permanently for me. He did a professional job and we are so happy with the outcome. What I liked about stormcall was that the owner of the business, Craig, responded to your calls and followed through until the issue was fixed. Loved dealing with this business. Very happy with the work.

  I have had the best experience with this company! From the beginning the customer service staff (Nat in particular!) was absolutely lovely, I understand how busy they must be in this storm season but they were just above and beyond! They were honestly so kind, helpful and made me laugh in a stressful time! The roofers were able to be at my house and fix my roof within the day and in 36 degree heat and they still had a smile on their face and were so efficient and helpful! They were able to quickly utilise their "make safe" services to ensure that no more water could get into my home! I would recommend this company to absolutely anyone.

  I'd like you to know that dealing with Stormcall has been the best trades experience I've had this year. It's so nice to have a crew, yes all of them, turn up when they said they would. Not only that they checked with us the day before that we were happy with the early start. They did a great job fixing up all the old broken tiles, valleys and ridges that we had been ignoring for 20 years! Now I won't be stressed every time it rains hard!😁 also they have me great advice on reusing tiles from the back of the house, so we wouldn't have mismatched colours at the front. And my skylight let's in sunshine now not weather!🤣 Craig and Greg were so friendly and helpful it really put us at ease when spending so much on the most important part of the house (got to keep rain out and shade in 😉), in fact their quote was the lowest, but they still threw a whole team of guys on our little domestic repair job! They're very professional and quick. Tidying up afterwards like they weren't even there. I couldn't think of a reason to give them less than 5 stars, they did a great job from start to finish. Check out the skylight hole, makes me wish I had a second storey now. And I was happy to see their dedication to safety on site.

  We were very happy with the outstanding service provided by Craig, Bailey, Mason and the team. They were all very knowledgeable and professional to deal with. As my wife was so concerned with our roof issue, Craig even took some of the team off another job to fix our issue straight away. We can highly recommend Storm Call for any roofing work required.
