After a recent hailstorm, I was unfortunately scammed into having my roof replaced, even though I wasn’t convinced the damage was severe. I reached out to multiple roofing companies for a second opinion, and Weatherproof Restoration was the only one that responded. Their customer service was excellent and very quick to reply. The estimator, Paul, arrived on time, was polite, and took the time to clearly explain what to look out for in the future. Although he couldn’t find any issues with the roof, I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Weatherproof Restoration again if I need my roof inspected or repaired in the future.
