We were looking at getting a deck roof and a double carport for our residence. My Home Improvements was one of three companies that provided us with a quote. The professionalism and thoroughness shown by Elton who attended our property gave me great confidence, as well as the detailed quote provided (along with actual online 3D models). Note, that we had cheaper quotes, but that in itself made me wonder if those companies were going to perform a stand up job...? The builders that did the job (Dave and team) were some of the most affable I've come across and I enjoyed watching them work with great banter provided. Working from home, I probably annoyed them with my constant questioning, but they were always willing to talk me through what they were doing. The final product was of top notch quality and finish. We now have a carport with sensor down-lights and a wonderful back deck with lighting and fan which we can't wait to use over the coming years. Both roofs are of the insulated variety, so the reduction in heat is absolutely fantastic. All in all, a really good experience and well worth the money.

The team at My Home Improvements were wonderful to work with from start to finish. From the time we first made contact they had availability and the job was completed before we knew it. We got solar panels and solar arks and they all look great, can’t wait to start saving money on our electricity!

The workmanship of Greg & his experienced team (Lindsay and Wayne) from My Home Improvements is outstanding. From initial contact, communication via phone or email has been efficient and professional. Greg visited my property in person to inspect the roof. He provided excellent insight into the existing condition of the roof of my property and made recommendations on the roof restoration work. He kept me informed throughout the process and patiently answered all my questions along the way. I value Greg for taking the time to inspect the work as well as keeping me updated with photos at the start, midway and on completion of the project. I also entrusted Greg with the refurbishment of the old and rotten gables. The end result is nothing but the best as per shown in the photos! I'm so impressed after the completion of the first project that I've assigned Greg and his team another roof restoration project. I have no hesitation in recommending My Home Improvements to anyone looking for a highly skilled, trustworthy and reliable team for roofing projects.

Great operator, found them to be well priced, professional and prompt in all dealings. Had an asbestos roof replaced due to storm damage with a new colourbond roof, they had a slight issue in communications between the tenant and property manager causing access issues but was no fault of theirs. Credit to them they managed to still work around these difficulties and get a quality job done in an amazing time frame considering all the challenges the job presented. Thanks again MHI, will happily recommend and use you guys again. 5 Stars and 2 thumbs up from me.
