Dealing with Innovate Roofing was a pleasure from start to finish. They did a thorough assessment of our roof, took photos and clearly explained all the issues and the quotation. They turned up on time for the assessment, cleaning, repairs and painting, did a very professional job and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The company clearly takes great pride in their work and pays attention to all the little details. The old roof on our 50+ year-old house looks as new. I would not hesitate to recommend Joe and his team.

We quoted joey and his team to replace our aging roof, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the initial quote to the final inspection, their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality were fantastic. The team arrived on time each day, worked efficiently, and kept the site clean and safe throughout the project. They were helpful about costs, timelines, and materials, and even took the time to explain the process so we felt informed and confident. We really appreciate Joey and his team and their commitment towards our roof, would definitely recommend!

Can’t thank Joe and the team enough for helping us with our roof leak. We had tried others before with no success but the team were wonderful. They spent time looking at the problem and finding the leak. It was a tiny trickle into a corner and difficult to locate the source. They also identified other potential exposure points on the roof and provided a very reasonable quote with a guarantee for the repair. The work was completed with a fast turnaround and very professionally. There communication was excellent through the process. Very grateful to finally have this fixed after many years.

Joe (who is all about customer care) and worked for Empire Roofing and equally Ali who is also great. I researched roofers and I found these guys - EXCEPTIONABLE !!! Why go to anybody else. They quoted over the phone but I wanted to sure that they understood what was needed and around they came (the story/quote was the same). Did the the job despite the Sydney storms which did so much damage elsewhere, so must have had heaps on. Communication is great and result is EXCELLENT. Please see photos before and after. Thanks from Martin who recommends to all that ask.

Joe did the most amazing job with our roof repairs. He was able to come up with a very clever solution to solve issues with a leaking skylight that had existed for years. Joe is very punctual, always letting us know in advance of when he would be arriving. Everything was left perfectly clean & tidy when he finished, all at very reasonable rates too. I have no hesitation recommending Joe & Innovate Roofing. He's extremely pleasant to deal with too. Thanks Joe!
