With the recent heavy rain, the roof of my mothers’ 80+ year old home has not faired well. Unfortunately, with age, some of the old tiles slipped, allowing water inside the roof cavity and then inside one of the rooms creating water damage to a wall and carpet. Alex was able to come out to my mother’s home within 48 hours and give us a FREE and very reasonable quote to replace the broken tile and other areas of deterioration within a week. Today Alex and his team fixed and cleaned my mother’s roof, cleaned her pergola roof and a garden canopy roof with an exceptional level of professionalism and skill. I am especially impressed and appreciative of how kind and compassionate Alex was with my mother who, in recent times, has lost her son and husband. My elderly mother is on a pension and naturally gets very anxious about hiring any trades to do work around the house for fear of being taken advantage of financially. Alex’ quote was very reasonable and my mother was comfortable to have Alex and his team return to do the work even though she was going to be home alone. I highly recommend Alex and his team.
