I engaged Dan from Harwood Roofing to undertake repairs to my historic 106 year old roof which had about a dozen broken flat terracotta tiles. Dan did a great job manoeuvring across the fragile roof tiles and replacing the broken tiles with great skill. I would recommend Harwood Roofing for any roofing job, big or small.

Dan and his work colleague were an absolute pleasure to work with. Dan was responsive, punctual and efficient. He provided a reasonable quote and time-frame, and completed the job (replaced a whole roof in less than desirable conditions- middle of summer) without any issues. He answered all my questions, followed through on additional requests I had during the replacement and communicated with us throughout the whole process. He cleaned up before he left. I am very happy with the outcome and would not hesitate to use him for any future work I may require.

We have a heritage slate roof and we sourced three quotes before we decided who to go with. Dan was not the cheapest but we chose him because he was honest, knowledgeable and straight forward. He came when he said he would and did an amazing job of repairing and resealing our ridge capping, replacing slates and putting new flashing around our chimneys. He was very easy to deal with, and the roof looks great and more importantly is now water tight.

Honest, high quality work, at a fair price. Dan was very professional and friendly. He was happy to discuss my issues at length, and was able to clearly explain to me the causes and how to fix them. He was also very attentive when it came to the aesthetics of the job. His work was excellent, and my roof is looking great now. I highly recommend Dan and his team.
