Excellent service from Scott and his great team at First Slate who replaced our slate roof and attended to many other issues of an older Sydney terrace, including replacing the balcony awning. No complaints and all problems and challenges were handled calmly, efficiently and in a timely manner. I would strongly recommend First Class Slate Roofing to anyone.

We recently had our 107 year old Slate roof replaced using a mix of existing and recovered slates as well as replacing the rear attached metal roof. Right from First contact to job completion, Scott was open, straight forward ,very experienced and knowledgeable about his craft. Scott and his team worked diligently, in a proficient manor with the minimum of noise and interference to us at home. Even keeping the site clean and safe. Due to Scott's management No delays were experienced, hence the work was all completed as per quote and budget before time. Our roof now has no leaks and a 20 year warranty. We can highly recommend First Class Slate Roofing and would recommend calling them first for roofing problems that involve slate.

First class slate roofing just finished replacing our 100+yo heritage roof. We needed our leaking roof assessed. Scott and his team were responsive, professional, punctual and respectful. His whole team were very reliable and a pleasure to work with. The detailed upfront quote provided was competitive and reasonable, but we were not pressured into a replacement and options were provided. The roof looks amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending these guys to repair or replace a slate roof!

Built in 1892 our roof had passed its ‘use by’ date. Every time it rained I knew there would be a new leak. The cost of a new slate roof is significant and the fear of scams is a fear that is even reinforced by the banks. You want someone who is reliable, reputable and honest. With First Class Slate Roofing you can be confident in every stage of the project. Scott and his team demonstrated professionalism and expertise - their knowledge and work ethics impressive. I highly recommend First Class Slate Roofing.
