After much time spent comparing quotes, companies and costs, I decided to proceed with EME Roofing for my tiled roof replacement in January 2025. My experience overall was excellent. The communication from the staff could not be faulted. From the first contact to inspect the job to on site staff and admin/accounts staff, they were all exceptionally helpful and answered all my queries without delay. Their pricing was competitive and nothing was a problem, including carefully removing and reusing the original finials and decorative tiles on the roof and spraying them black to match the new roof colour. The company arranged for the home building insurance for the job and they also held the appropriate licence and insurances to carry out the job (unlike several others I contacted). The job proceeded and was undertaken by a large team of workers who showed up on time and completed the job to an excellent standard. Additional supports were installed in the roof cavity and the end result is a perfect roof. Both aesthetics and functionality were considered. I'm impressed with the standard of the work, the timeframe in which the job was completed and the communication throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend EME Roofing and I would use them again in future on other jobs.

Built 5 yrs ago. had many issues with multiple parties from poor workmanship or bad luck from the huge rain storms. When we had issues with our roofing with the huge rains three times, EME were here within 24 hrs, fixed things, did not ask qns. did not blame other parties. had the gyprock and the repainting of ceilings done without a question. Had no issues whatsoever since. I hold them up on the VERY top of the list of all companies, trades etc that we dealt with! Cannot recommend them high enough. any roofing company can erect a roof, but it is more important that if things were to become an issue, whether they are there for you. Can never thank them enough. Only writing this now as we are still rectifiying other issues from other trades 5 years on and really appreciate what they did for us. Thank you FRED and team.

We couldn't be happier with our roof. From beginning to end, EME Roofing were easy to deal with and Greig did a great job supervising the team and communicating with us every step of the way. The workmanship is second to none and it looks so good we get comments from people as they walk past. I highly recommend EME Roofing.

Following a faulty Colourbond installation via a trader in the Blue Mountains, I contacted Brad at EME in despair about the condition my roof was in. Brad kindly came up to the mountains, assessed the work, advised me what to do and reassured me that remedial work could be performed by EME. I had initially received a quote from EME that was marginally higher than the tradesman I used. The good will and professionalism displayed by Brad and his team was excellent, despite the fact I didn't accept the initial quote. If I had used EME in the first instance, it would have saved a lot of time and stress. My advice to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing company is that you cannot go past EME. From the reception staff to the apprentices, you will experience excellent customer service. Get EME to fix your roof. It will be done quickly, and properly.
