From our first meeting to our last, Sean provided us with a competitive, honest, and professional opinion on what would suit our roof repair and restoration work, and our desire for a new pergola. Little did we know until after all new gutters, pointings, and capping were done and the roof was ready for pressure cleaning, waterproofing and painting, that we would discover extensive termite damage to our wall frames when putting in the supports for the pergola. There was not a skerrick of damage to our roof trusses so we would never have found out if not for the new pergola. Thank you Sean, you were truly a blessing in disguise🫶 Sean and Grant securely packed our pergola pieces under cover in our backyard ready for when they could return and finish their job. Fast forward eight months, we’ve had a full house repair and restoration by our awesome building team, Smith & Sons Tuggeranong. Sean, Brad, Corey, and Grant returned to finalise our roof repairs. They patiently waited for our house to be completed and wonderfully squeezed us in before Christmas. We are positively thrilled with our freshly waterproof and painted roof, not a cracked tile in sight! The colour is outstanding! Our fabulous new pergola is awesome, it’s so quiet under it even in the heaviest of rain storms. Being unsure of who we should contact for our project we were encouraged to contact Canberra Roofing as a word of mouth tip. We required hail damaged patio sheeting replaced and our original gutters and down pipes replaced. Additionally wanted our roof inspected and any identified area’s repaired and the roof then coated with Acratex roof paint. The scope of the work was well understood as evident with the quote we then received and the scheduling that followed was faultless and very professional. The project was well managed from the beginning to the end to ensure the work was completed on time. The yard was kept clear of debris and rubbish throughout the whole process as respect for our family pet.
