In November 2025 I had a full roof restoration completed before my solar panels were installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Andrew and the team were caring, professional, and genuinely friendly throughout the whole process. They took the time to explain everything, worked efficiently, and the final result looks absolutely amazing the roof honestly looks brand new. What really stood out to me was the after-care. Andrew came back on site after the solar panels were installed to check whether any tiles had been damaged and to make sure everything was still in perfect condition. We are very happy with the repair and restoration work completed. The roof is looking brand new and we have confidence in the repairs, which gives us peace of mind for many years to come. We didn’t know that much about roof repair and restoration when we contacted ReACT roofing. Andrew came out and looked over the roof and took us through the damage he found. The video he showed us was very thorough and meant we didn’t have to climb on the roof to see issues. Andrew explained the options to repair and restore our roof, and the time frames to do the work. It was great that he was able to accommodate our many questions. Our roof is over 20 years old and needed 20 tiles and 2 apex cap tiles replaced, repointing and re-bedding of ridge cap tiles. Andrew even arranged for the removal of our old heater flue and fixed a leaking gutter join. Andrew kept us informed throughout the entire process. His team were friendly and professional, with excellent results. We would definitely recommend ReACT to anyone who is in need for tiled roof restoration or repair. Stuart and the team were absolutely wonderful to work with. We originally contacted them for roof repainting, however Stuart came and did a free inspection and quote, and found a lot of damage. We purchased the house less than a year ago and it had an original 1982 roof (with 31 broken tiles, dodgy repair work, no weep holes, etc etc). The quote we received was very competitive (cheapest of 3 quotes we requested) and the work was done in a timely manner. Our house looks so much better now that our roof restoration is complete and we definitely couldn’t fault the react team and their work. It’s given our home a much needed facelift and we love the finished product. The team were very polite and communicated well with us throughout the process. We were aware of what was happening each step of the way, when the team would be coming and going from our home, even when we weren’t there. They left absolutely no mess, and also left us with a stack of replacement tiles for the future (which had been individually painted to match the new roof colour). We will be recommending the react team to anyone and everyone who asks!

Responded quick to our enquiry. We were shown photos of what needed to be done. What was worth it, was not only the end product but the way every enquiry or phone call was answered with friendliness and yep we can do that attitude. The site was cleaned after every visit things left onsite till the end where kept in one spot tidy. Everyone who came to the house were polite and respectful. Overall very happy with the end product.
