We booked an internal move of some furniture items. Haben was helpful and accommodated us very quickly. The team were on time, friendly & very careful. We were very happy with the service and would happily book again.

It’s such a pleasure to be writing this review for what is usually a routine and mundane experience associated with moving house because Haben’s service is anything but routine. Every now and then we meet people in life who are the embodiment of the values everyone else claims to be in their marketing but do not really live up to. We were in a bit of trouble because we had some things left over from a job the day before and under pressure to get them out of a rental van into our new unit in North Melbourne, . We contacted Haben and he was able to fit us in between other jobs he had that day as far away as sunny Brighton. We are so grateful for his willingness to help us out of a tight spot which he could have easily avoided. Haben and his colleague were able to prepare and remove large items of furniture and heavy items such as washing machines with great skill. These items and others stored in the rental van were soon transferred into the new unit in around an hour - an extraordinary feat considering it involved some tricky items like a vintage sewing machine and other family heirlooms.. All in all, it was a pleasure to watch such skill and professionalism on display by individuals who moved with the speed and dexterity of parkour athletes. Thank you Haben - you are definitely the first and last removalist we will ever be contacting again.

I recently booked a furniture rearrangement service for my apartment with Simon’s Moving Service, and it was a challenging job — limited space, heavy pieces, and very specific placement requirements. Haben and his team (two people) arrived right on time and worked with incredible efficiency without a single moment of delay. Their attitude was excellent, and their professionalism stood out throughout the entire service. Since my apartment has floorboards, they were extremely careful to avoid any scratches. Many of my cabinets were still filled with items, yet they handled everything with impressive skill, making sure nothing fell or was damaged. The entire experience was perfect.
