KDN REMOVALIST

I’m usually a bit skeptical when I see a lot of 5 star reviews as reviews can be easily purchased. It took just two days to realise KDN is different, the 5 star is not enough for their service. This was my first interstate move and had my fair share of concerns. KDN was assigned the job an online company, so i was staying fingers crossed and this was a last minute booking ad well. But all of that was eased out when KDN truck arrived. Vicky was a kind and friendly human with a smiling face - which is the first thing you need in service industry and lacks in most places. Vicky’s sister as he told me, who the was the dispatcher, whom I spoke on phone once to check on arrival time (as I had agreed for a flexible schedule) was also very understanding and accommodating. Apparently a great family business (and a family with values may be) I was on first floor, with an extra hand they organised locally, Vicky loaded everything with a lot of care, without any delay and completed it all quicker than I thought. I flew to my destination and Vicky was on touch over phone to organise the time for delivery and was delivered within 24 hours. The unloading was quicker, again they had organised some extra muscles locally to unload, and they placed all items on respective rooms as per my direction. I did join them in loading and unloading but they never asked me for that, i thought it was better that way for both parties in the deal. I must say - my previous moved within Sydney which was satisfactory service, looks little after having seeing the service of KDN team and Vicky. The price is received was of the best value for backloading I truely wish these guys the best business in their business and I wouldn’t be surprised if they become a leading players in the market

Karan and Prateem are fantastic. Swift removal and packing of the truck and delivered to our house promptly. Very careful with our items and happy to rearrange things when setting back up. Definitely recommend!

I used KDN Removals to help empty my storage container and move into my new house. The guys were on time, efficient and hard working. They had great communication and informed me when they were leaving of their ETA and kept to the timeframe. My job was completed in 3 hours which I was satisfied with. I would use KDN removals again for any needs in the future.
