I had dealt with many removalists who were fickle and came with hidden costs on the day. My experience with Jay Removals is amazing and gave me a peace of mind on the moving day! Jay is reliable, punctual, professional and reasonable priced removalist. I appreciate Jay and his partner cautiousness while moving and kindness in ensuring heavy/bulky items were placed in the right spot to prevent further moving effort from myself. I will definitely use Jay Removals in the future and highly recommended to others.

I strongly recommend this company if you are moving. I moved last Saturday, and I hired Jay to help us. He was fast, no mess or damage to any of our belongings or the property. He offers an excellent service with really good prices. I was surprise how good and easy the moving process was (thanks to Jay and his team). Worth it every single dollar.

We just moved house last week. After reading reviews of few top rated removalist, I decided to hire Jay. Other big removalist, who outsource the job and the person you talk to and the person who actually comes to do the job are different. Lots of chances of miscommunication. Whereas Jay owns the company and he himself does the moving. And oh boy, I can't be happier for making that decision. Jay has been fantastic, this guy is tremendously hard working, polite, passionate, professional and downright honest. His charges were very reasonable, didn't charge me for fraction hours even though I wanted to pay. And most importantly he went through extra miles not related to his job scope to make our settling to the new house much easier. I can't recommend him enough writing this review, but this is the least I could do for him. Keep rocking, mate! Saiful
