We purchased a new apartment 'off the plan'. Sold our home, put all our furniture and goods in storage with Red Truck (then Woodfords) had a holiday and planned to move into our new apartment at the advertised completion date. Long story short the developer ripped us off by not finishing and invoking the 'Sunset Claus' meaning we could still purchase but at twice the price. Storage of our gear went from an estimated 2-3 months to nearly 2 years. We finally found another place to buy and got our gear delivered. Aaron and his crew were fantastic at pick-up and weather caused more drama come time of delivery. We are so grateful to Aaron and the Red Truck crew ( including the girls in the office for their polite and friendly service) for their help, understanding and sympathy. We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone and everyone if service is important to you.

I thoroughly recommend Red Truck Removals and Storage. I chose their company because they provide a shipping container storage solution, which is a great alternative to hiring a storage shed. I was preparing to sell my home and needed to store my excess furniture and belongings prior to the sale in order to declutter. A Red Truck team came to my home and loaded everything into the red container and took it to their storage depot. It was locked and safe. This system saved me so much time, energy and double-handling. Then when my home had sold, the team brought the container back and loaded the remainder of my things into the container. They then drove it 4.5 hours to my new location, unloaded everything, and even set up furniture like beds. Nothing was too much trouble. The team were courteous, friendly and very helpful, throughout the whole process. I was given a quote for the total costs up front, which included the storage, so I knew exactly how much I had to pay. The overall cost of hiring the container was very reasonable, and I would definitely use this service again. Thank you Aaron and Team Red Truck.

Moved from Brisbane to Tweed heads with 5 days of storage. Could not fault their service at any stage. Good communication, prompt, efficient, friendly, careful. Nothing was damaged…they disassembled and reassembled some furniture as well as wrapped others up safely. Set price was cheaper than other companies. Couldn’t get any simpler.
