Jordie was fantastic to deal with from my initial enquiry right through to moving day — super responsive, organised, and kept in regular contact so I always knew what was happening. On the day, Matty and Dayday were incredible. They were friendly, professional, and worked hard all day. They genuinely went above and beyond to make the move smooth and stress-free, and they handled everything with care and a great attitude. Mermaid Movers were absolute lifesavers! Adam and Jordy helped me out when I was in a tough spot and did a spectacular job. Each and every furniture item treated with TLC let alone the 135 boxes that were a nightmare to me in packing. I can’t recommend Jordan and Mermaid Movers enough! From the moment they arrived, they were organised, friendly and super efficient. They took great care with every item, worked quickly without cutting corners, and made what is normally a stressful day feel easy. Communication was excellent and the price was very reasonable for the level of service. Everything arrived in perfect condition and the whole experience was 5 stars from start to finish. If you’re moving, this is the team you want!
