We needed an urgent short notice move from the Gold Coast to the Mid North Coast and after one call to Vitali he had Nikita and Danilo at our home that evening and the truck packed and on the road early the next morning. So much care was given to packing our possessions and delivering them to our property at the end destination. The service was not only easy and affordable but impressively professional. After our experience we have already recommended Vitali to our friends who are soon moving and we would definitely be a return customer in the future. Over all a 10 out of 10 experience. I honestly cannot recommend the team at OnCall enough! They helped me during a very stressful time and accommodated an extremely last-minute request without hesitation and the entire experience was absolutely seamless. The removalists went above and beyond! Assisted with disassembling furniture themselves, worked incredibly efficiently, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Nothing felt too hard for them and just great blokes in general! A HUGE shout out to Vitali, who is such a genuine, kind person and has been unbelievably supportive. We used on call movers for our move from Hope Island to Labrador on the Gold Coast. Couldn’t ask for a more professional, reliable, efficient and friendly experience. Nothing was too hard. Juan and Nicholas were incredible. Hard working and friendly. They got our 3 Meter long couch down from the 5th story of our apartment building when no one else could, then walked it up 13 flights of stairs in 30°c heat with zero complaints.
