Pack and Send were fantastic. They were helpful, responsive and friendly, putting me at ease and giving me confidence they would look after my precious cargo. When it arrived at my destination my plastic boxes, suitcases, car fridge and canvas roll had all been repacked into cardboard boxes so all arrived safely. Excellent service. I literally dropped off my stuff at the Pack & Send office in Darwin and it magically arrived in Perth not long after. I did not have a box for my piano keyboard, but Pack & Send were able to make a custom box from cardboard and loads of bubble wrap. Very secure packaging and I believe that the keyboard would have survived if it fell out from a airplane. Suzanne from the Darwin branch was very pleasant and professional. I was able to track my stuff during the delivery process. Flexible insurance options (if required). I highly recommend using Pack & Send!
