Definitely 5 STARS for Rick’s Crew absolutely amazing delivering our uplift from WA after almost four years in storage with Kent…AND it was raining…it’s the end of May in Darwin!!! Georgia & ? Shaun (sorry not sure if this is your name but you know who you are) and Ben & Ray, you rock, cannot thank you enough, so very efficient, using every muscle to lift our heavy furniture and boxes. So glad Ray found the lightest box at the back of the truck!! We really appreciate your work ethic and friendliness. Definitely recommend Kent & Rick’s Crew. Great job done. Cheers. Helen & Prestyn

I had a really positive experience with the removalist team. Joel, Jericho, and Neville were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They arrived on time, were well-prepared, and worked efficiently while still being careful with all of my belongings. Throughout the move, they were friendly, polite, and easy to communicate with. Nothing was too much trouble, and they handled everything with a great attitude. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about providing good service. The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and surprisingly enjoyable thanks to their professionalism and teamwork. I couldn’t be happier with how everything went — a big thank you to Joel, Jericho, and Neville for making what is usually a stressful timea pleasant experience. Highly recommended

Great service from the moment I contacted Kent. I dealt with Isabella from the start who was super friendly and helpful!!!! Removal people- amazing! Loved it how it was a team of mostly girls!
