Efficient Refrigeration

Had a technician call at my house yesterday & was very obliging. He told me the fridge was really not worth fixing as it would cost too much.. I was pleased that he never took advantage of me and he also advised what the measurement were for another fridge to fit into the kitchen cavity. This is good customer service. Very happy with over all experience.

Thank you Efficient Refrigeration . Excellent and prompt service. Called around 8.30 am Saturday and they said they could organize for someone to look at our Fridge within a few hours. I was expecting that we would have to wait till the following week for someone and was pleasantly surprised that they would be able to come straight away. They said someone would call 30 minutes before which the young man did and he was at our house around 12. The service guy was very efficient, he checked out what the problem was and advised us as to what our options were. Unfortunately our fridge which is about 14 years old was not worth repairing. The young man advised us as to what the best brand of fridges were. I even text him a question while were at the shops checking out a new fridge and then later again and he text me back straight away. The young man I spoke to at the call center was very helpful as well. Service like this is very rare these days. Their fees were very reasonable. I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again if ever needed.

My refrigerator died on the weekend and so I called Efficient Refrigeration on Monday morning after seeing positive online reviews. Although they were very busy, they slotted me in that day for which I was very grateful. Josh came and did a thorough investigation. Unfortunately, the fridge couldn't be repaired but Josh gave me great advice and tips on buying a replacement. He really seems to know his trade and is very friendly and courteous.

Josh was able to attend same day which was amazing when our fridge had stopped working properly with air not coming through from the freezer. Professional in communication and workmanship Josh even had all the needed parts in the van (common issue he said) was able to diagnosis and replace parts needed to get our fridge working again. Not a cheap repair, but it's not a cheap fridge either. Getting it fixed fast in the middle of a. Covid outbreak, with staff wearing masks was a relief. I called Efficient Refrigeration just before 12 pm because the fridge and freezer were not working efficiently (on a Saturday) and several other repair businesses had not replied. I was told that a tech would come and look at it the same day and that the tech would call me to let me know when he would arrive. Josh called me, he fixed the problem and the whole process was super efficient and stress free, thank you so much.
