Had a top load Samsung washing machine from SUW for just over 12 months, error code popped up and it kept over filling, not washing and draining/flooding out the rear of the unit! Called Steve and he was happy to tell me exactly what the issue was, took me 10 minutes to drain, then reattach the culprit pump hose, running perfectly again! Saved me a huge headache and possibly bill. Legend!
